The Model 106ir is one of our new infrared Phase-shifting Fizeau Interferometers utilizing a fused silica collimator with integral reference surface flat to 1/20 wave (measured at 632.8 nM).  A single mode diode laser operating at 1060 nm is dithered to produce speckle-free live images on the computer monitor.  A CCD Camera provides resolution of 768 x 494 pixels.

The Model 106ir utilizes DynaPhazeTM for hysteresis-free phase shifting.  Durango Universal Interferometry Software  allows the operator to achieve highly accurate and repeatable measurements. Featuring Zoom optics, with remote control of Zoom, Focus, Iris and Illumination intensity, together with the high resolution the Model 106ir is equipped with a 2.2 GHz Computer with Intel Dual Core Processor, and 19-inch TFT flat screen monitor.

FEATURE
