AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL WAVELENGTHS -- VISIBLE OR INFRAREDModel 106ir This Fizeau Interferometer uses a fused silica collimator and 1/20 wave reference surface (measured at 632.8 nM wavelength). Operating at 1064 nM wavelength, the dithered Nd:YAG Laser source produces a speckle-free image. 

Features include: Illumination/Contrast control, zoom optics, high resolution CCD camera,  piezo-electric phase shifter, Durango Universal Interferometry Software, 3 GHz Pentium 4 Computer, and 19-inch TFT flat screen monitor.
